This PCI set does not include AGP, being intended for use in servers only. If AGP is required you should go for the 440GX chip set.
The 450NX Basic is made for servers using up to 4 Xeons, where the full version supports up to 8.

This new discount chip set comes in two versions, one for 66 MHz and one for 100 MHz bus. From what I know, it only allows two RAM modules.
