An operating system designed for portable units. Epoc has been developed by UK based Psion together with Ericsson and Nokia.

Epoc is very powerful, stable and efficient OS, which uses very little energy.

Epoc has a GUI quite similar to Windows. Epoc is up against Windows CE and PalmOS on the PDA market.
