Acrobat A program from Adobe which can produce electronic documents. You load a print file (PostScript) Acrobat Reader. The output is a PDF file, which is just one tenth the size of the original print file.

The PDF file contains the complete document including fonts, illustrations, and layout. You can Please see the file on the screen or print it on any printer as long as the user has an Acrobat Viewer installed. You can get that for free from the net.
